2022 marked a return to fully normal operations for research and teaching in the Department (the mask mandate was lifted in early March). Despite the interruptions to traditional undergraduate research experiences caused by the pandemic, eight seniors earned the Chemistry Honors Notation on their degrees. This achievement requires maintaining 3.3 GPA or better and completing a thesis research project. Those scholars and the professors they worked with are listed below.
